Majeriesli respects the privacy of users of the website and the online shop www.majeriesli.ch. 9. Credit Check
The Online Store may, at its sole discretion, offer payment on account (with or without an installment option). He can make this method of payment dependent on a positive credit check and other conditions determined at his own discretion (e.g. minimum age, Swiss place of residence). The customer has no entitlement to payment on account or payment in installments.
The customer acknowledges that a credit check can be carried out as part of the conclusion of the contract and that personal data is recorded for this purpose and passed on to Intrum AG, which was commissioned with the credit check. When paying against invoice, the online shop assigns the purchase price claim to the payment partner MF Group. The payment is processed by the MF Group and the customer receives the invoice directly to the e-mail address given by the customer when ordering. The invoice amount is to be paid directly to the MF Group within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. In the event of a delay in payment, interest on arrears and processing fees will be charged. The general terms and conditions of the MFGroup apply. By placing the order, the customer agrees to this assignment of claims.
